My question is Lucy's walking stick broke as a result she fractured her arm. She had brought the walking stick less than a month ago from the company. Applying the Consumer Rights Act 2015 can she claim against the company for breach of contact, under which sections of the act make her claim successful or not and what remedies may she be entitled to claim.
