which one is better ? and have a good performance for the investors ? the dual class share structure or one share one vote structure

So I think the good way to persuade the audience here is :

we putthe2 companiesin a table, and compare their difference in performance,

1-the company with dual class structure.

2-Another company which have only common shares or A shares.

And came up withthesis , evidence , and bridgeBased onthese 2 companies.
