My question is what legal standing does someone have who purchased kitchen units and discovered the shelving supplied to the kitchen unit cupboards were the wrong size and did not match the identified units as purchased. And then upon going back to complain, being told that they would only replace the unit shelves if they had not been opened or unpacked
