My original reflection on importance of financial abilities for healthcare leader

Each day, financial managers take decisions regarding the companys financial performance; Lack of basic financial skills allow them to take poor decisions and resources gets waste and affect the organization financial performance. It is important for the healthcare leader to have financial skills because these industries are also needed to have financial statement and they are also needed to report profits for their shareholders.
