The cited source focused on the relationship between two factors that could influence employee productivity and overall organizational performance. Job satisfaction and employee motivation were the major factors that played significant roles in employee's attitudes to work, resulting in organizational growth. Different job satisfaction policies were examined alongside the various motivational theories and their impact on employee performance and organizational outcome. This article is useful to my problem statement and area of interest as it emphasizes the importance of employee motivation on both job performance and organizational goals. However, my research topic is centered around organizations using Agile project management to deliver quality products while this article gave it a general thought about any organization willing to boost employee motivation through job satisfaction. As a result of these findings, the author's conclusion showed how effective it will be when organizations implement good job satisfaction policies to boost both employee performance and organizational productivity which I will be incorporating into my research allowing me to be called for further research.

As a result of this, organizations will maximize wealth and profit during customer satisfaction. While the first cited source had a wider scope of findings on motivation, job satisfaction, and any type of organization this focused on the intrinsic part of motivation with employees working in a developing country with small and medium enterprises (SME). The aim and method used in this cited source made it clear that it will be conducted with specific employees of SMEs in Pakistan (targeted population) through a questionnaire to ascertain the impact of a particular type of motivational technique (intrinsic reward) on employee performance and their attitude to work through a reward system. The author of this article concluded that the productivity of internally motivated employees will be greater than any other type of reward amongst employees in the SME sector of Pakistan using an effective reward management system.
