My role in the proposed change at DargeanGrix venture capital (VC) is as an analyst. The company is considering transforming its communication infrastructure means that a robust analysis should be made before the implementation process (Adamson & Steckel, 2018). As a participant in change, my main task will be to highlight the challenges and the opportunities that technological change will bring to my areas as an analyst. It is important to note that technological change, particularly upgrading infrastructure, is an excellent effort that DargeanGrix has pulled so far. The SeausNow video conferencing company will undoubtedly scale up interactions with clients if everything goes as planned.

As an analyst, the new technology will be critical in enabling the company to tap investment opportunities worldwide. The contemporary business world is shifting to video conferencing due to the need to facilitate open communication, nurture relationships, and reduce traditional communication methods' costs (Correia et al., 2020). In this regard, DargeanGrix VC is not an exception as it will benefit from the video conferencing technology to a more considerable extent. Besides that, the technological change aligns with the company's long-term goals of reducing travel and associated costs.

On the downside, technological change can be problematic because it is not structured. Incorporating such a critical tool in the company's operation requires phase change-over to enable the management to pinpoint areas of concern (Standaert et al., 2021). If an issue arises from the technological change, the phase change-over helps avoid the total collapse of the system. As an analyst, I will consult with the management to identify areas of priority that need the change, such as communication with essential stakeholders. The other areas will require a structured change-over to be integrated completely.
