I have my list of 10 but I have no idea what it means to put them in rough chronological order.

My 10: Acquittal, dismissal with prejudice, dismissal without prejudice, summary judgment, settlement, motion to dismiss, pretrial conference, default judgment, judgment on merit, and declaratory judgment.
