My test question is very similar but different to the ones posted on here.The question is: Using the terminology in Appendix A. Paralegal Career for Dummies (PCD), list of at least ten possible ways litigation may end, (e.g., Dismissal With Prejudice, Settlement, etc.), in rough chronological order, giving definitions for each term. I have my list of 10 but I have no idea what it means to put them in rough chronological order.
My 10: Acquittal, dismissal with prejudice, dismissal without prejudice, summary judgment, settlement, motion to dismiss, pretrial conference, default judgment, judgment on merit, and declaratory judgment.
