My theory is based on the idea that innovation is halted due to teams' inability to speak up and share honest feedback. Therefore, innovation and company growth are hindered because the team is focused on being agreeable rather than pushing each other to think critically. The lack of innovation may be due to a lack of encouragement from upper management or past team experiences. This framework is designed to foster thought-provoking conversations that lead to the development of new ideas and innovations. It begins with the creator of the idea pitching it to the team, sparking a collaborative discussion. Each team member is encouraged to share their honest feedback on the topic. Following the meeting, a facilitator will send out a poll for everyone to vote on whether we should move forward and research the innovative idea further. If the majority votes' yes', we progress to the next phase of the framework. Here, the facilitator or PM takes over managing the "idea." A meeting is then scheduled for each team member to research the idea further depending on their role, answering questions like, how much would it cost to implement? How long would it take to roll out? Marketing? Etc
