- What have you learned about yourself? Connect your response to leadership/self-leadership learned within this four assessments . Reference to at least TWO assessments (MBTI, SLCs, CliftonStrengths, SLQs). Be detailed in our response referencing all three items.
- What are your areas of improvement regarding leadership? What do you need to do to be a better self-leader? Choose at least 2 areas of improvement/recommendations for yourself and how they relate to leadership. These can be broad but need to be clearly stated. Think about the leadership skills you need for the future and what type of leadership role you want to fulfill. (For example, I need to read more leadership books because... or I want to volunteer for more leadership roles within my organization/non-profit because...).
- What course of action will I take from here and why? List at least 3 actions items you will complete in order to become a better leader. These actions should be very specific and detailed and any resources clearly stated. [For example, if your recommendation is to read more leadership books, then my course of action might be to read at least one leadership book a month, specifically, the book, The EQ Edge, or if your recommendation is to listen closer to what others are saying, an action item might be to complete listening exercises by listening to the Podcast, Listening Skills.] This section must list "actions" that you will take to become a better leader.

You are not limited to the resources listed above but once you reflect and consider what action plan you are going to take, the resources should be there to assist you in the discovery.
References List: You should have at least 3 references at the end of your paper. These references should be quotes/paraphrases/information to support your paper and are weaved within your paper. Any resources you choose for your action items are not references cited at the end of your paper unless you are quoting/paraphrasing from them within your paper. Just saying I am going to read, "XYZ Book" as an action item is not enough to list as a reference.
