He lived close to his office, and did not want to be bothered with extra layers of clothing.Nor did he want to be bothered with boots.While running past Professor Goldfried's house, he slipped and fell and fractured his right arm in several places. He is right hand dominant and will not be able to return to work for the next six months.He is suing Professor Goldfried for negligence and expects damages to cover all lost wages and all out-of-pocket expenses for the period he is incapacitated.
