By setting goals that are SMART, you can be sure to stay on the right track towards meeting both your short and long term goals. For this week's discussion, I would like for each of you to list TWO long term and short term goals that you have for yourself (4 total). For the sake of this class, assume that short term goals are tasks that can be accomplished within one year, while long term goals would be any goal that would take longer than one year to complete.
