Having a shared mission statement shows unity across all facilities, but does it capture the individuality of each location? Having the parent company develop a mission statement for all the individual organizations can help shape the type of stakeholders they attract. Studies have proven a correlation between employee performance and the mission and vision statements (Qin et al., 2023). Showing solidarity between all organizations promotes what type of employees they wish to retain.
