Nadia has always dreamt of spending a holiday in Italy with her husband Jono. She buys 2 business class tickets from Qatar Airways. From Sydney, the couple will stopover for 5 hours in Dubai and then board another fly to Rome. The total price, which is the most expensive price Nadia has every paid for airplane tickets in her life, includes the use of Qatar Airways' world-famous Al Mourjan Business Lounge in Sydney airport. While in the Business Lounge, Nadia orders cocktails for her and Jono at the bar. A passing waiter carrying an overloaded tray full of half-empty glasses slips and spills drinks on Nadia's laptop, which is placed on their table. Jono calls the manager, Hajeera, to complain about the incident. Hajeera apologises to the couple but points to the notice posted on the wall behind them: "Please secure your personal belongings while in the lounge. Qatar Airways does not accept any responsibility for loss, damage or theft of personal belongings while using the lounge and its facilities."

 Is Nadia prevented from claiming compensation because of that notice?
