Your task is to address the three natures that are applicable, including knowledge and information, creative, and bespoke (custom). {1-page maximum) 3. Theories and Concepts |dentify and describe the key theories and concepts that inform the design of your custom Leadership System. Include the key concepis and theores from your leadership course(s) and Latham (2013a and 2013b). There are quite a few leadership theories to choose from (servant leadership, tfransformation leadership, etc.), so pick one or two (no more than three) leadership theories that fit your leadership style. Describe how the theories will inform the design of your leadership system. (2 pages maximum) 4. Inspiring Examples You must use two Baldrige examples, one from the K&MN Case and the other from your Team Project Case study. The task here is NOT about inspiring leaders. The task here is to study LEADERSHIP SYSTEMS from other organizations and use what you learned to inspire your own design. For each example (K&N and Your Team Project Example), identify the key characteristics of those leadership systems that you will creatively adapt to your own design and describe how they will influence the design of your leadership system. (1-page maximum) 5. Unique Context Describe the current organizational context that is relevant to the activities being designed. The task here is to identify the key factors from your situation that influence the design of your leadership system. For example, leading a virtual team of 10 people spread around the world is a different leadership task than leading a manufacturing plant with 200 employees in one location. As you identify the key factors, discuss how those influence your leadership. (1-page maximum)
