Nala received the Brendas email and after reading it, Nala decided to make some changes to Brendas offer- notably accepting the $70,000 price NOT including the leather seats - and emailed Brenda that she, Nala was accepting Brendas offer as amended.
Brendas computer was being repaired for a couple of days and Brenda didnt check her emails for that period of time. When Brenda finally received Nalas email, she notified Nala that Breanda was dropping out of the transaction and was no longer interested in buying the sportscar.
Nala sued Brenda for breach of contract.
