Concept $+$ Service Style $-$ What type of restaurant are you developing? Fast food or fine dining? Vegetarian? Counter Service? Table Service? Using the "Styles of Restaurants" found in Module $02,$ explain what your concept and service style will be$.$ Explain your choices using content from the course and our class discussions.

Location $-$ Now that you have a city, take a look at a map and determine which part of the city you want to be located in$.$ Think of what else is located in that city and choose accordingly. List THREE $(3)$ reasons why you chose this part of the city when explaining your choice. Make sure to explain your choice using content from the course and our class discussions.

Ideal Guest $-$ Describe your ideal guest. What type of guest have you designed this restaurant for and why? Families? Business professionals? Low income? High income? Tourists? Locals? Using the "Demographic" and "Psychographic" content found in Module $03,$ describe in detail exactly the type of guest you think would come to your restaurant and why.

Competition $-$There are many other restaurants located in your city. Do some research and determine the ONE $(1)$ restaurant that would most likely be your biggest competition. Explain why they would be your competitor.

Menu $-$ The Local restaurant at Centennial College makes it their mission to source locally grown food and beverage. Your task is to create at least THREE $(3)$ food items and ONE $(1)$ beverage item that will be featured at your restaurant. Your menu items must reflect the city$/$country and concept$/$service style that you have chosen, as well as highlight local ingredients and flavours. Make sure to describe your menu items in detail and explain why you chose those specific items and how they align with your restaurant style.

Food Culture $-$ Highlight a minimum of TWO $(2)$ things you learned about the city$/$country you chose in regards to its food culture and its treatment of Food and Beverage. This can be anything from ingredients used, what animals$/$crops grow in the region, what time of day they enjoy meals, etc. Consider what is most unique about the city$/$country you chose.
