He states he has the ability to provide: & - a full range of insurance protection to clients. 9 : He spends time with clients to clarify what the policy does and does not cover 10 : He states that his accounting functions provide current information on the financial status of the business. as well as information on profits and trends. 11 : He points out that he is prompt with returning clients telephone calls and _answering correspondence 2 : He surveys clients whose claims have been settled, as most clients judge the quality of their insurance policy by the way their claims are handled. 3 : He states that he is a very active listener when misunderstandings occur with _clients, and reassures them that their issues are being addressed
