Nancy is conducting a usability test, she is a UX researcher to make sure that her company's SharePoint website is user-friendly and that employees can find the resources they need on the site. She wants to make sure that people are able to navigate the site and find what they need without having to open tickets at the IT service desk. Compose a list of 15-25 tasks (make them fun, some of them can be a story) that participants can do on the website that will help Nancy understand how she'll be able to improve the navigation and usability of the website. Nancy will be giving the questionnaire after each task to new and current employees and will make adjustments according so that employees use this site instead of calling the IT service desk.
