Natalee responds to an online classifieds ad offering music instruments for sale. After several emails back and forth, Juanita agrees to sell Natalee her antique piano for $2,500. She asks Natalee to draft an agreement and they can schedule a time for pick up and payment. When typing up the sale agreement Natalee wasn't wearing her reading glasses and inadvertently recorded the sale price as $25,000. Neither party notices the discrepancy and they sign the document. When they meet to make their transaction Juanita points to the contract and asks Natalee for $25,000.
