I do believe all leaders across all industries should use SAW to increase employee satisfaction. I believe SAW helps with worklife balance, in the sense that employees have more time to express themselves in the workplace, and are not shunned for their ideas in the meetings room, as well as their dress. SAW would impact organizational culture by attracting new hires that have a passion for the work, and will be thriled to be a part of a vibrant work culture that invites spirituality. Ulimately the work environment would become characterized by "bounded choices" and employees would have a limited range on what they are allowed to feel, their behavior, and attitude towards work. 4. Unike the article, the chapter diacussen the benotits of baving a leader that is spiritual and the impact it has in the workplace. The chapter mentions a sentiment that I agree wilh and stated earlier, "splitual encountors can occui outside formal religlous channels' (Johnson. 2019 p. 126)
