Need a response

Based on my prior knowledge of social work, I do know that I would like to work in the school system when it comes to my eld. I would love to be a school counselor or social worker in education. I truly feel as though schools don't have enough people that look like me in these elds/positions.l believe that schools in the inner city with a mass population of black boys often see black women or white men in these roles. Sometimes, we need to see someone that look like us so we can believe a tad bit more that we can make it. That we can do something in life other than pick up a ball or a microphone
