She didn't know where most of the things were, and I had to keep stepping away from my customers because she was struggling. Analysis: Identify the level of understanding when it comes to taking orders and talking to customers. Determine where all the buttons are on the iPad and what they mean so that you'll be ready when customers are ordering big orders. Design: Developing learning objectives for the program, such as: understanding what each button means on the iPad, recognizing how to take off and add anything the customer wants in their order, and learn the best way to greet and send off the customers with a positive attitude.
