Need a response to this statement: In my opinion, the most difficult training professional role would be one in engineering, like Festo and GE with their manufacturing of jet parts. These positions require hands on capabilities and in depth knowledge of how different machines work and operate. Training someone new on these machines requires patients and expertise in the subject. The easiest role, in my opinion, would be one like entry-level positions of clerical or admin work. Some human resources positions may fall under this category, but many human resources professionals have much more extensive responsibilities compared to those working front desk or receptionist positions
