You decide that you want to create a company. Please outline the steps that must be taken in Alberta to accomplish that. 2. What steps should you take to limit your personal liability when you conduct your business through a company. 3. Give an example of a business plan/idea that you think would be best operated as a company and explain why. 4. Your friend has asked you to be a director of the company she is planning to form. You are deeply honoured and tears come to your eyes. You won't be involved in running the company or doing any work for the company. Your friend just wants to bless you with this directorship as it will look good on your resume/CV. Once you wipe the ears from your eyes, you think about whether this is a good idea for you.
