Need assistance with chapter 7-27 exercise. now I didn't see a solution in the solution book. The tmc is 16500000 the actual cost is dc plus dl plus predetermined overhead applied using a rate based on actual overhead and an allocation base.

40 percent of the tmc is applied manufacturing overhead which is 40 percent times 16,500,000 equals 6,600,000.

actual dl is 6,599,505 which was 1100055(66.67 percent times 16500000) then I took 66.67 subtracted that from 100 and got 33.33 percent and times that by 16500000 got 5499450 added that with 1100055 to get 6599505.

The remainder is 3300495. which is 16,500,000 minus 6,600,000 minus 6599505. I don't know if the problem is correct.
