PDI Dispatch Process Instructions Step 1: Estimate MPH for a bike based on package weight and for a truck based on facility location and time slot. - Bike Estimate: MPH=200.2 (Pounds) - Truck Estimate: Step 2: Choose the truck only if the estimated speed is more than twice the estimated speed of the bike. Step 3: Calculate the number of minutes before the customer window to dispatch the bike or truck by using the estimated MPH and the distance to the customer location. Subtract 7.5 to target arrival in the middle of the 15-minute window. - Minutes Before Window Start =( Miles /MPH)607.5 The following data is a systematic sampling of Field Operator trips from downtown (D) or suburban (S) facilities for the first 2 weeks after the dispatch process change and represents rouahlv 5% of the total sales for that nerind New PDI Calculated Data \begin{tabular}{|c|c|c|c|c|c|c|c|c|c|c|} \hline Sample & MPH & \begin{tabular}{l} Fld Op \\ ($) \end{tabular} & \begin{tabular}{l} Idle \\ Mins \end{tabular} & \begin{tabular}{l} Idle \\ (s) \end{tabular} & \begin{tabular}{c} Reveruse \\ (\$) \end{tabular} & \begin{tabular}{c} Rebate \\ (S) \end{tabular} & \begin{tabular}{c} Margin \\ (s) \end{tabular} & USL" & LSL & IN/OUT \\ \hline 1 & 15.3 & 11.53 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 28.32 & 0.00 & 16.79 & 53 & 38 & IN \\ \hline 2 & 11.3 & 9.90 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 49.33 & 0.00 & 39.42 & 48 & 33 & N \\ \hline 3 & 16.4 & 0.59 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 26.94 & 0.00 & 26.34 & 15 & 0 & N \\ \hline 4 & 29.7 & 13.50 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 50.52 & 0.00 & 37.02 & 40 & 25 & IN \\ \hline 5 & 13.5 & 12.54 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 38.41 & 0.00 & 25.87 & 58 & 43 & iN \\ \hline 6 & 19.8 & 8.96 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 8.32 & 0.00 & -0.64 & 44 & 29 & iN \\ \hline 7 & 12.9 & 7.71 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 39.45 & 0.00 & 31.74 & 38 & 23 & IN \\ \hline 8 & 11.8 & 3.73 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 46.37 & 0.00 & 42.64 & 23 & 8 & IN \\ \hline 9 & 19.3 & 1.98 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 8.44 & 0.00 & 6.46 & 15 & 0 & iN \\ \hline 10 & 25.5 & 7.50 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 49.15 & 0.00 & 41.66 & 23 & 8 & N \\ \hline 11 & 16.0 & 1.71 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 24.98 & 0.00 & 23.27 & 15 & 0 & N \\ \hline 12 & 29.5 & 9.16 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 49.46 & 0.00 & 40.30 & 29 & 14 & IN \\ \hline 13 & 15.4 & 9.63 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 25.59 & 0.00 & 15.96 & 45 & 30 & iN \\ \hline 14 & 10.2 & 3.54 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 52.32 & 0.00 & 48.78 & 21 & 6 & iN \\ \hline is & 18.9 & 0.91 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 11.69 & 0.00 & 10.78 & is & 0 & iN \\ \hline 16 & 12.7 & 11.88 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 42.37 & 0.00 & 30.49 & 56 & 41 & IN \\ \hline 17 & 14.9 & 7.15 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 26.59 & 0.00 & 19.44 & 35 & 20 & IN \\ \hline 18 & 18.8 & 5.84 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 9.34 & 0.00 & 3.49 & 30 & 15 & N \\ \hline 19 & 14.8 & 11.72 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 31.74 & 0.00 & 20.02 & 55 & 40 & IN \\ \hline 20 & 19.2 & 6.98 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 9.00 & 0.00 & 2.02 & 35 & 20 & N \\ \hline 21 & 26.7 & 14.70 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 54.81 & 0.00 & 40.10 & 39 & 24 & N \\ \hline 22 & 19.6 & 10.55 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 13.68 & 0.00 & 3.13 & 53 & 38 & IN \\ \hline 23 & 16.1 & 8.44 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 21.94 & 0.00 & 13.49 & 40 & 25 & N \\ \hline 24 & 9.1 & 15.88 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 53.20 & 53.20 & -15.88 & 63 & 48 & OUT \\ \hline 25 & 15.8 & 4.52 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 30.82 & 0.00 & 26.30 & 27 & 12 & N \\ \hline 26 & 16.4 & 2.14 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 22.61 & 0.00 & 20.47 & 16 & 1 & IN \\ \hline 27 & 18.2 & 2.32 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 12,58 & 0.00 & 10.26 & 17 & 2 & IN \\ \hline 28 & 13.7 & 4.90 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 36.09 & 0.00 & 31.18 & 27 & 12 & N \\ \hline 29 & 17.6 & 11.95 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 16.28 & 0.00 & 4.33 & 55 & 40 & N \\ \hline 30 & 14.9 & 4.53 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 34.35 & 0.00 & 29.82 & 27 & 12 & IN \\ \hline 31 & 15.6 & 0.20 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 28.69 & 0.00 & 28.49 & 15 & 0 & iN \\ \hline 32 & 18.1 & 1.57 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 16.80 & 0.00 & 15.22 & 15 & 0 & IN \\ \hline 33 & 15.7 & 3.99 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 26.13 & 0.00 & 22.14 & 23 & 8 & IN \\ \hline 34 & 17.6 & 6.39 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 19.41 & 0.00 & 13.02 & 34 & 19 & IN \\ \hline 35 & 17.9 & 1.57 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 15.26 & 0.00 & 13.69 & 15 & 0 & IN \\ \hline 36 & 16.3 & 6.93 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 20.44 & 0.00 & 13.51 & 34 & 19 & IN \\ \hline 37 & 17.6 & 6.56 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 15.15 & 0.00 & 8.60 & 33 & 18 & iN \\ \hline 38 & 11.8 & 15.56 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 42.98 & 0.00 & 27.42 & 67 & 52 & N \\ \hline 39 & 16.8 & 4.97 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 24.31 & 0.00 & 19.35 & 28 & 13 & N \\ \hline 40 & 18.1 & 8.66 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 13.47 & 0.00 & 4.81 & 42 & 27 & IN \\ \hline 41 & 16.4 & 2.55 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 23.94 & 0.00 & 21.39 & 18 & 3 & iN \\ \hline 42 & 17.3 & 12.69 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 17.66 & 0.00 & 4.98 & 58 & 43 & IN \\ \hline 43 & 14.9 & 5.76 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 30.29 & 0.00 & 24.53 & 31 & 16 & IN \\ \hline 44 & 16.9 & 1.63 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 22.59 & 0.00 & 20.96 & 15 & 0 & IN \\ \hline 45 & 11.9 & 6.18 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 54.22 & 0.00 & 48.03 & 37 & 22 & N \\ \hline 46 & 8.7 & 16.12 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 54,72 & 54.72 & .16 .12 & 63 & 48 & OUT \\ \hline 47 & 29.9 & 9.56 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 49.05 & 0.00 & 39.49 & 30 & 15 & iN \\ \hline 48 & 19.4 & 10.34 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 7.37 & 0.00 & -2.97 & 49 & 34 & N \\ \hline 49 & 18.1 & 10.47 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 13.66 & 0.00 & 3.19 & 49 & 34 & IN \\ \hline so & 15.9 & 0.02 & 0.00 & 0.00 & 23.82 & 0.00 & 23.80 & 15 & 0 & IN \\ \hline \end{tabular}
