Task 2: Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) (TG - Temperature gauge, T - Temperature indicator) As shown in the diagram above, water is stored in a container (FV-1) for supplying hot water for a heat exchanger (E2) downstream. In the container, water is heated using an electrical heater (E1) and maintained at a temperature 80C in the container. Water pump (P1) needs to supply water at a flow rate of 400L/min.
