2.Marcus:He is new to the company but has used trimmers and weed eaters on his family farm.His specialty is with small equipment, but he also enjoys walking and cutting using the mowers.He's very smart and can take on a leadership position, but he seems timid and afraid to give his opinion.

3.Bev:She has 5 years with the company; her specialty is flowerbeds and jobs that require attention to small detail.Bev is going to school, so her hours are limited.She is willing to work for a few hours at a time and studies at Central University, one of your company's territories.Bev is friendly and reliable.

4.Angela:She has 3 years with the company; specialty is small equipment.Angela is very smart and creative, although she can be bossy.

5.Patrick:He has 7 years with the company; specialty is gardening and landscape design.Patrick is generally well liked and considered to be easy to work with, due to his good sense of humor and laid-back nature.

6.Alex:6 years with the company, specialty is large equipment.He is confident maneuvering heavy equipment in difficult areas.His confidence is perceived by some as arrogance, so he works better in teams without other strong personalities.

Your Territories include the following:

1.The South End:a 30 minute drive from headquarters, it contains a full day's worth of work.Clients are mostly professional buildings which need small patches of grass trimmed, edges cleaned, hedge manicured and leaves and other debris cleaned.

2.The Heights:Many houses are in similar neighborhoods.They have large, flat yards with average-sized walkways.Jobs take an average of 45 minutes, with only a few minutes needed for travel between locations.

3.The North End:This residential neighborhood has medium-sized to large yards, and the majority of them are located on hills.Jobs take an average of an hour because of the more difficult terrain, but little time is needed to travel between locations.

4.The University District:Two universities comprise this territory.Both campuses are relatively large and require a good bit of maintenance of flowers and other landscaping.For a small team of workers, working on both campuses is a two-day job.
