Need help connecting my Domain from https://get.tech/ to my blogger.com website.

Instruction to setup custom domain:

I already did the instruction but it doesn't connect, it says "Could not update settings. Try again" when I save the domain. I already put the Cnames and the 4As record. the story is I already put my domain and then it works view months later I disconnect it due to some problems on my domain but now when I try to put it back it doesn't work anymore. It's been weeks. I Think I put it wrong please help.
