Need help creating a pivot table!

A) The first 12 records in the dataset are selected to look only at the response (MAX_SEV_IR) and the two predictors: WEATHER_R and TRAF_CON_R

Create two pivot tables that examine injury (MAX_SEV_IR) as a function of the 2 predictors for these 12 records. One pivot table will have MAX_SEV_IR (row) as a function of WEATHER_R (column) and the other will have MAX_SEV_IR (row) as a function of TRAF_CON_R (column). The values inside the cells should convey the count (how many records are in that cell).

QUESTION: What variable will go in the values section of the pivot table? I know I have to get the count of it but I am unsure of what variable will go there. Would it be NO_INJ_I?

Here is the dataset/excel sheets in case you need to look at them:
