Need help defining business problem and research questions for a literature review for class: Strategic Allocation of Financial Resources

Business problem:(the problem that you are addressing, and it may or may not be problems in your own organization)

Research question(s):(see below for guidance as many prior students have problems with this). The research question should flow from the business problem. In other words, the questions should come from the problem.
