Steps needed to implement

The change implementation needs to start with the support of key stakeholders. When the

change is supported by the key stakeholders implementing the change will be easier. The key to

making sure that roadblocks are mitigated and removed is to make sure that the communication

is clear and understood by everyone. By following the steps of the ADKAR model to implement

change it will make sure that any roadblocks that may come up are mitigated. Also, after

completing each step of the ADKAR model would be considered the completion of a milestone.

To make sure that the change management goes well then there would need to be contingencies

in place to deal with unplanned or planned changes to the plan. If it is an unplanned change then

it would need to be looked at and analyzed to make sure that the change does not affect the plan

to much. At the end of the implementation surveys and other assessments to calculate how the

plan has effected the organization and the employees.
