reopening. Illegal practices include false advertising, selective marketing, unethical data

collection, stereotyping, negative advertising, and predatory pricing. False advertising can be

detrimental to our theme park and cause many issues. Falsely advertising the safety of Global

Parks prematurely could put more employees and staff in danger. This would promote that the

park is ready to reopen and that all safety measures have been dealt with, leading to legal issues

and a negative look on our brand once the truth is found out. Steps that can be taken now to

prevent this from happening include being honest and transparent during the town hall meetings,

employee meetings, and keeping the public updated with all safety regulations and new measures

that are actively being implemented; not what we wish was happening or what we want to

happen in the future. Ethical considerations include Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

trends, making sure that our efforts are aligned with our company's CSR, effectively engaging

and communicating with critical stakeholders, and understanding the importance of providing a

safe environment for our targeted audiences. A negative issue that could arise and compromise

our ethical standing is promoting that our rides have passed inspections while in fact they have

not. This is wrong due to it can hurt employees and customers and could cost Global Parks' more

than just our reputation. Steps that can be taken now to keep this from happening; ethically

speaking, Global Parks SE needs to be upfront and honest with all employees and customers

regarding the safety of all rides. Having all safety and inspection passes visible on rides or even

posted on our website could help aide in the community trusting Global Parks, going above and

beyond to ensure our employees and customer safety is what we are all about.
