Recommended delivery methods for leadership development initiatives would be on-the job training, workshops and webinars. On-the-job training is a great example of informal training

by learning hands on how to do the work by experienced employees. Sometimes on-the-job

training is also known as the master-apprentice model. Newly-hired employees learn how to do

something by being guided through progressively more challenging tasks until they are ready to

work on their own (Kokoulina, 2021).

Webinars are a great example of an online method of training. Workshops and webinars

go together since they are the same lectures, presentations or trainings, the only difference is one

is conducted on the web. Webinars do not require the physical attendance of participants at the

location, therefore it is a more convenient and cost-effective way to reach every employee inside

an organization at one given time. At a webinar, lecturers can go on a webcam, demonstrate

slides, or share their screens making it easy for the learner to be able to comprehend the lessons

at hand.

Justify Recommendations

Leadership development initiatives will prepare employees for change by giving them the

tools they need to succeed. Once the employees can master the training recommended and

communication of why the changes need to happen, they will be more inclined to doing it with

no problems. Leadership can either make or break the success of an organization because leaders

have a tremendous impact on company culture. They not only lead a department, but they set the

agendas, teach and prioritize and delegate work. Strong leaders provide a sense of vision,

purpose, and inspiration their employees.
