Need help in rewriting this in my own words please

A model leader exhibits behaviors and skills that are important at all times, especially

during organizational change. An exemplary leader leads by doing, inspires the vision,

challenges the process, enables others to act, and encourages the heart. Across the organization,

all these behaviors should be encouraged during change and always. Leaders share the overall

vision of the organization and start with the why. They can inspire the workforce and enabling

others to share knowledge and collaborate across teams.

Leader as a Mentor or Coach

To enact change, a leader needs to act with purpose and empathy. For a leader to motivate their teams, they will support their teams and help them experience the change. Sharing the change helps workforces to transition through change. They are empowering the workforce to feel secure in decisions and implement tasks asked of them. A change leader is different from a stakeholder of chage as the stakeholder has an invested interest in the change. The leader has an invested interest but is also responsible for implementing that change. Coaching and mentoring are associated with leaders and their ability to show support to their teams. Coaching is a way of walking the talk; a leader provides the plays to the workforce to implement team. Coaching is a way of going through the new process or change, working with the workforce on each step, and supporting them to strengthen their traits. Mentoring is a way to show empathy and provide guidance to the workforce. Teams that have mentors feel empowered and supported and able to work through challenges.
