Training

Training employees seems to be an issue for former employees. For females that have left

the company, they were trained on an average of once a year and males twice a year. Although

males were trained slightly more, they left the company faster than females. This is shown in

table 4 above.

Work-Life Balance

Although I do consider work-life balance a part of job satisfaction, I feel it needs to be

called out specifically as it has to do with reducing stress and preventing burnout at the job to

function appropriately in your daily life (Kohll, 2018). It means something different to each

generation and considering the age of those that left the company are millennials, it is more of

what appeals to their lifestyle. Overall, this area appears very flat across the board showing that

former employees are neither satisfied nor unsatisfied with their work-life balance.

Job Satisfaction

Measuring an employees' job satisfaction is a measure of how content they are with their

current employment and is no one real way to measure generally as it is all dependent on the

individual's wants and needs and creating meaningful work (Weir, 2013).

Former employees of the company left for one reason or another. In reviewing the data

from the spreadsheet, I've measured the average percent salary hike, performance rating, work life balance, and years at the company in the below table. It seems flat among males, while

females show more satisfied or unsatisfied.
