Need help in rewriting this in my own words please

Training: Females and males currently with the company have been trained on an average

of 3 times last year. Consistent and continuous training in all areas of the company will help to

retain employees.

Job Satisfaction: Just as with the former employees, the current employees' job

satisfaction using the same criteria showed the same flat response. If this indifferent response

continues, the company could see more attrition. Looking deeper into job satisfaction in each of

the departments within the organization would be a good start.

Actionable Steps

Development of the guiding coalition is of great importance to the organization to lead

the change initiative. Communicating the strategy of the change in a step-by-step manner

through full transparency will provide an opportunity for employees to digest the information

and ask questions. Providing effective employee training through various methods such as
