Key Performance Indicators

The marketing KPI that we will be using to measure the performance of the marketing

strategy will be digital marketing return on investment. This would be successful to us as

analyzing our digital marketing ROI is essential in assessing our monthly and annual

performances. By focusing on this KPI, we are able to see if specific marketing strategies are

costing our company more money than what we are receiving. According to Edgecomb, (2021)

the formula to calculate our digital marketing ROI is the total of sales growth minus marketing

investment divided by marketing investment. (para 17) By determining our digital marketing

ROI we are able to determine how to proceed in the future.

Feedback Loops

The specific feedback loop that we will be monitoring is safety concerns. We will be

monitoring these bi-weekly for the first 6 months, decreasing it to monthly for 12 months. The

results will be reported to the key stakeholders needing this information through graphs and

charts through the town hall meetings.
