Digital Marketing Methods:

The three digital marketing methods being used for the marketing strategies are social

media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and video marketing. Social media

marketing is probably the best tool for marketing, it allows your content to reach a wide audience

on multiple platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tik Tok and Twitter. A recent poll

shows that 22% of teenagers log into their social media sites more than 10 times a day (O'Keeffe

& Clarke-Pearson, 2011). Adults using social media is at an all-time high of 65%, according to

Perrin (2015). Posting updates and any information regarding promotions, specials, events, and

other pertinent information can quickly reach our audiences; all while building trust and stronger

relationships with our followers (Siavash, 2021). Siavash (2021), says that by creating

informative posts instead of constantly pushing your brand on followers; you are more likely to

attract and engage followers. A perk of using social media is having influencers to help reach an

audience well beyond your own followers, and to boost trust and build relationships with our

current customers and extend our brand to potential customers all over the world. A disadvantage

to using social media is there is no personalization to it. The same message is going out to everyone, there is no way to send a specific message to our adult audiences and a different

message to our younger audience. Customers could see this as a lack of personalization or

attention to detail.
