Need help in rewriting this in my own words please

In developing a change management plan to resolve communication and coordination

challenges between the employees at the U.S branch and the Singaporean headquarters,

leadership needs to get familiar with various change management models. There are eight

proven change management models that organizations use for inspiration in developing their

change management plan. This report will highlight and provide a brief description of three,

namely, the ADKAR change management model, Kotter's change management model, and

Lewin's change management model.

Description of Change Management Models

The ADKAR change management model recommends five outcomes an individual, unit,

or group needs to achieve for change to be successful. The five outcomes are Awareness of the

need to change, Desire to participate and support the change, Knowledge on how to change,

Ability to demonstrate new skills and behaviors needed for the change, and Reinforcement to

sustain the change (Wong, Lacombe, Keller, Joyce, O'Malley, 2019). This powerful model was created by Jeffrey Hiatt and is used by thousands of change leaders worldwide. The model is based on the understanding that organizational change can only

happen when individuals change.
