violation, how will this affect the future of the company. The technical problems have since led

to a 10 % drop in their revenue after suffering negative customer feedback due to interactions

with the ground crew. While this information is discouraging to hear, Company B has shown that

they are doing everything they can to mitigate any further costs or reputation damages to the

organization. And Company B having technical or safety issues, will negatively affect the value

of Company B.
