value of Company B, and our recommendations for an acquisition of the airline.

Currently we don't have enough information about the technical or safety issues that

Company B is having, and we're unable to make a recommendation at this time. We will need

more specific information on what type of technical or safety issues occurred, and how long

Company B has been having them. We will also want to look deeper into Company A for same or

similar problems. More information will be needed on the mitigation expense of the $80,000 to

operating costs, what amount went to the necessary technical repairs and what portion was due to

negative customer feedback that may have resulted in the 10% revenue decline, and if there was

an FAA safety violation, how will this impact the future of the company.
