INTRODUCTION

The engagement party will see the planning and execution of a party for the engagement of Bob Smith and Carla Johnston. The two will invite 200 friends and family to a venue. The event will take place on Saturday 1 October 2020 (100 days from today). The budget is set on $35,000. The project team consists of Gabby the project manager and 4 other team members from Night Out - Event Planning & Management. The party will take 4 hours to complete.

The Bride to be, asked to add an ice cream truck (free for guests) which will cost $1200. Send:

1. An reminder email to party guests,mentioning the addition of 'all-you-can-eat' ice cream.
2. An email to the sponsors (the engaged couple parents) asking them to increase the budget.
3. Ann email that will go out to ice cream truck vendors, asking for a quote for the service.
