Need help on writing formal advice letter to the client based on below scenario with references in footnotes in accordance with AGLC4 at least upto 2-3pages long.

Giovanni Eco (DOB: 23 May 1994) was born in Italy and migrated to Australia in 2018 sponsored by his wife Lucia (DOB: 16 July 1993), an Australian citizen. He is now an Australian permanent resident.

Giovanni has a sister and brother in Italy; they live in Milan and Rome respectively.Giovanni and Lucia spent six months from November 2020 to April 2021 back in Italy, because of COVID lockdowns and international travel restrictions. They were finally able to return to Australia in late April 2021 and spent 14 days in quarantine before restarting their jobs in June 2021.

Giovanni and Lucia recently had their first child, a son Paulo, in March 2022.Giovanni's parents are still living in Bologna, Italy, and are now retired.

Giovanni works as an Italian language teacher in Cairns, QLD and earns $52,500 a year.His wife, Lucia, works as an Office Manager in a healthcare centre. Lucia earned $43,500 last year because she took 6 months' parental leave after the birth of Paulo in March 2022.Normally she would earn more, but she took additional unpaid leave for 2 months. Lucia is now back at work and Paulo is able to get day-care near the health centre, but it is expensive.

Lucia's family live in Perth, WA, and visit when they can, but can only stay for a few weeks at a time. Giovanni spoke with his father, Umberto (DOB: 8 January 1968), and mother, Beatrice (DOB: 29 October 1969), and they said they would love to come to Australia and spend more time with little Paulo.
