7.Facts:Jan has worked for ABC computers for 12 years as their secretary.She has consistently shown up to work on time, followed all of the rules and is always has gotten done with her work when it is due or before.ABC Computers fires Jan three days after they sign a brand new 5 year employment contract with her.Jan does not have the money to hire a lawyer to file a lawsuit and would like to try to resolve this case using ADR.
