Use Logism, Include Truth Table

A Boolean function is called balanced if an input with equal numbers of zeros and ones leads to a true output. Assuming a 4-input circuit, use the minterm design procedure to output a value of one when the input sequence is balanced. For example, 0001 is not balanced and 1001 is balanced. Include in your report, your truth able along with your Logisim circuit.
