Need help with my university homework, cant do it right now since im studying for finals currently, would greatly appreciate any help, no need to do the whole homework, doing part of it will be greatly appreciated, I will mark thumbs up (Use the data set I placed below)
a) INTRODUCTION Provide the reader with any relevant background information, which may be necessary for full understanding of the topic being presented in the paper. This should include a description/explanation of the variables in the project as well as any influencing factors. Assume that the reader does not know anything about the topic/variables (ie. If using GDP you must explain what it is, how it is calculated and what is the significance... ex low GDP bad? High GDP Good?) If you needed to use a random sampling method to select your data, the complete process must be explained. (refer to the sampling notes/hwk/asst)
b) RESULTS AND ANALYSIS This is the MAIN part of the project State the results of your one variable analysis (be sure to include measures of central tendency, standard deviation, quartiles, IQR, skewness test, box plots, histograms as well as the type of distribution) DO not just state the values, explain what they tell us/ their importance, make connections, etc. State the results of your two variable analysis (be sure to include scatterplots with linear or non-linear regression, coefficient of correlation, coefficient of determination, equations for the least squares line, and explain the trends, use the LSL to make predictions (interpolation/extrapolation... how confident in the answer? why?)
c) DISCUSSION Discuss the relevance, repercussions, and importance of analysis of data Explain the significance and reliability, validity of the results
d) CONCLUSIONS State any conclusions that you were able to draw from the data and the analysis of the data with respect to the thesis statement. That is, if the data supports or refutes the position stated in the thesis or if no conclusions can be drawn. NOTE: if the data does not support your thesis it does not mean that the project is wrong.
e) AREAS OF FURTHER STUDY If you were given more time give a description of potential extensions of your research topic A description of other branches that may have stemmed from a subtopic, which you have encountered as a result of your research.
f) BIBLIOGRAPHY MLA (all in text citation) - All direct and indirect quotes and/or data must be cited in the body of the text using the surname of the author(s) and the date of publication i.e. " A crisis is a situation in which a previously tolerable..."(Blenheim 1990)

g) RAW DATA APPENDIX 1 All data must be presented in a hard copy format. (printed out) Be sure to include the Headings as well as gridlines Raw data is defined as individual numeric values, Not intervals or percentages Remember to get rid of any commas, $, spaces (1 000 should be 1000) If the numbers are very huge you may want to use rates. (ex. 14000 could be written as 1/4/1000) Include t least 30 individual data values. You do not want to have too small of a data set because that will affect the reliability of your work as well as your mark)
GRAPHS (one and two variable) APPENDIX II Graphs should be referred to in the body of your written work then placed in a separate section labelled as APPENDIX II Graphs must be properly labeled (ie. Figure 1: Level of Chlorophyll found in Kermitt D. Frog's Blood over a Ten Year Period) You may also use Figure 1.1, 1.2 etc to number your graphs
h) CALCULATIONS APPENDIX III REMEMBER when printing EXCEL be sure to include GRIDLINES as well as HEADINGS On EXCEL include your equation for the Least Squares Line showing all calculations, using the appropriate headings and formulas On Excel you must also have included the SHOW FORMULAS for your Least squares line On Excel include the scatterplot, linear regression, as well as the equation for the LSL and the coefficient of determination On Excel include the calculation for the standard deviation for one of your two primary variables. On Excel you must also have included the SHOW FORMULAS for your Standard deviation On Excel List of Things to Be sure to Include Make sure on excel to print the Gridlines and Headings 1.
