The help i need is, as I highted in red, to generate a solution using Excel. There has been excel solution offered to precisely this question. Unfortunately the author did it in a very haphazard way without bothering to read through the whole question. Both the process and the results are incorrect. I'd appreciate if someone can take a serious look into the question and provde some screen shots of the steps in Excel.
