Need help with this question. In C# write a program that will: Ask the user to enter in five grades. Calculate the average for the five grades entered and output the average to the screen. Ask the user to enter in two whole numbers and output the whole number part and the remainder when the first number is divided by the second. This can be done using the operators / and %.
