need in C++ or verilog

I need to run through two four bit binary numbers and sum them together, this needs to be done in a for loop for possiblities, there are 512 combinations

for example

A=(0000,0001,0011,0010,0100,0101.........)

B=(0000,0001,0011,0010,0100,0101.........)

And sum A+B=Sum
